Complete guide on how to request deletion of your Al-Inarah account and what data will be removed

At Al-Inarah, you have the right to delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile and associated data from our system.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion through one of the methods below:

Via App

  1. 1.Open the Al-Inarah App
  2. 2.Go to Profile / Settings
  3. 3.Tap Delete Account
  4. 4.Confirm your request

Via Email

Send an email to:

support@al-inarah.com

With subject:

Account Deletion Request - Al-Inarah

Please include: Full Name, Registered Email, and Country for verification.

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

Once your request is processed, the following will be removed:

User Profile & Account Details

All your profile information will be deleted

Email & Login Information

Your email address and login credentials will be removed

Preferences & Bookmarks

All your personal settings and collections will be deleted

Purchase History

Transaction data will be deleted (except mandatory financial records)

Important

Some financial transaction records may be retained for legal and tax compliance for up to 7 years. This is required by financial regulations and cannot be deleted.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be completed within 3-7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can account deletion be reversed?

No, once your account is deleted, it cannot be reversed. All data will be permanently removed. You can create a new account later, but old data cannot be recovered.

Can I still use the app after requesting deletion?

No, your account will be deactivated immediately upon receiving your deletion request. You will not be able to log in or use services that require an account.

What if I forgot my password?

You can still request account deletion via email. Provide verification details such as full name and registered email address, and we will verify your identity.

Will my subscription be refunded?

Refunds for subscriptions depend on the terms of the platform (App Store or Google Play) you used. Contact their support team for more information about refund policies.
