End User License Agreement (EULA) for Al-Inarah Islamic Learning Application

Welcome to Al-Inarah. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Maktabah Al Bakri governing your use of the Al-Inarah mobile application and its related services. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Al-Inarah app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Subscription & Payments

Certain features of the Al-Inarah app may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings on the respective platform.

Use of AI Inarah Chatbot

3.1 Purpose of Chatbot

The AI Inarah Chatbot is a tool designed to provide answers to Islamic questions based on authentic sources from Dr. Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri and selected scholars. The chatbot aims to provide guidance based on curated Islamic knowledge.

3.2 Limitations & Disclaimers

You understand and agree that:

  • •The AI Chatbot is not a substitute for advice or fatwa from qualified scholars
  • •Responses are based on training data and may not be perfect for all situations
  • •You are responsible for using information wisely and consulting scholars for complex issues
  • •We are not responsible for decisions or actions you take based on chatbot responses

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • •Use the chatbot to create misleading or false content claiming to be from our sources
  • •Use the chatbot for commercial activities without written permission
  • •Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract training data from the chatbot

3.4 Updates and Changes

We have the right to update, modify, or discontinue the AI chatbot service at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app, including text, images, audio, video, and software, are owned by Maktabah Al Bakri or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without our prior written permission.

User Responsibilities

  • •You agree not to misuse the app or engage in unlawful activities.
  • •You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
  • •You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the app, its users, or our reputation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maktabah Al Bakri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, including loss of data or profits.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Apple Standard EULA Reference

If you downloaded this app from the Apple App Store, these Terms incorporate the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and Indonesia, without regard to their conflict of law provisions.
